FEFMO is association of former MES Officers to give a platform for social integration, to promote intellectual happiness amongst its members for furtherance of their interest and to look after their welfare. The focus of FEFMO is to encourage and maintain the same vibrancy in the intellectual level of its members as was during the active service in MES.

FEFMO also provides an opportunity to the members to display their artistic and creative capabilities while at the same time fulfilling their spiritual quest.
